Travel, the deposit, peak season, ceremony mics, and uplighting — using the prices and policies already published for WNB Lighting & Sound. Woodnbird Entertainment LLC is based in Jefferson City and owned by Lee McKinney.
- How far is travel included?
- 40 miles round-trip is included. Travel beyond that is quoted for the date and the room. Lake of the Ozarks, Kansas City, and St. Louis dates are outside that included distance, so those quotes name the travel instead of hiding it inside the package price.
- How much is the deposit?
- 50% down locks the date. The same 50% applies to sound, DJ, and lighting and to photography or videography. The deposit is applied to the total.
- When is peak season?
- Peak season is September through December. January through August uses the non-peak price. The quote reads the month from the event date and applies the matching column. You do not pick a season by hand.
- What does an extra hour cost?
- An extra hour of DJ, lighting, and sound is $175. An extra hour on the LED video wall is $275. The hours printed on a package are the block you are booking.
- What do the wedding DJ packages include?
- Standard is 4 hours with a DJ, pro sound, a wired mic, and standard DJ lighting: $900 non-peak or $1,100 peak. Premium is 6 hours with enhanced sound, a wireless mic, enhanced lighting, MC, and playlists: $1,800 non-peak or $2,100 peak. Custom is 8 hours and adds enhanced plus atmospheric lighting, MC, playlists, and a photo booth with prints: $3,000 non-peak or $3,300 peak. Mega is Custom plus an 8-hour LED video wall: $5,400 non-peak or $5,700 peak.
- Is wedding uplighting a separate charge?
- On a wedding, atmospheric lighting is included in Custom and Mega. Standard includes standard DJ lighting. Premium includes enhanced lighting. The $200 Enhanced lighting / uplighting add-on is on the corporate list. It is not an automatic extra on a Custom wedding.
- What does ceremony audio include?
- Ceremony audio follows the microphone on the package. Standard includes a wired mic. Premium, Custom, and Mega include a wireless mic. MC hosting is included from Premium upward, including Custom and Mega.
- Do you take Lake of the Ozarks, Kansas City, and St. Louis dates?
- Yes. Those dates use the same locked packages as Jefferson City and Columbia. Because they are beyond the included 40 miles round-trip, travel is quoted for that date. Start with the quote form or call (573) 340-9623.
- What are the photography and videography prices?
- Photography is $1,100 for 4 hours or $1,800 for 8 hours. The 8-hour photography package includes an engagement session, and photography includes an online gallery. Videography is $1,200 for 4 hours or $2,000 for 8 hours and includes an edited recap film. The 4-hour photo and video combo is $2,300. The 8-hour combo is $3,500 and saves $300 versus booking those two separately. A 50% deposit locks photo and video dates.
- What are the corporate and private starting prices?
- Corporate Standard is 3 hours at $1,000 non-peak or $1,300 peak. Private Standard is 3 hours at $600 non-peak or $800 peak. Corporate Premium is 5 hours at $2,000 non-peak or $2,300 peak and includes branding lighting. The corporate Enhanced lighting / uplighting add-on is $200.
- How much is the LED video wall?
- The LED video wall is $1,250 for 4 hours or $2,400 for 8 hours, plus $275 for each extra LED hour. Mega wedding, corporate, and private packages already include an 8-hour LED wall.
