Lake of the Ozarks wedding DJ

Woodnbird Entertainment LLC is based in Jefferson City, and Lee McKinney owns it. Included travel is 40 miles round-trip. The Lake sits outside that distance, so the quote names travel for the room and the date instead of folding a made-up mileage fee into the package. There is no separate Lake price list. Wedding, corporate, and private packages use the locked non-peak and peak numbers on the package pages.

Send the date, the package, and where the room is. Peak pricing applies in September, October, November, and December. January through August uses the non-peak price. A 50% deposit locks the date for sound, DJ, and lighting. The same 50% locks photography or videography when you add either one.

Standard is 4 hours: DJ, pro sound, a wired mic, and standard DJ lighting. Non-peak is $900 and peak is $1,100. Premium is 6 hours: enhanced sound, a wireless mic, enhanced lighting, MC, and playlists, at $1,800 non-peak or $2,100 peak. Custom is 8 hours and includes enhanced plus atmospheric lighting, MC, playlists, and a photo booth with prints, at $3,000 non-peak or $3,300 peak. Mega adds an 8-hour LED video wall to Custom, at $5,400 non-peak or $5,700 peak.

Those hours are the block you are booking. An extra hour is $175. An extra LED hour is $275. The LED wall can also be added on its own at $1,250 for 4 hours or $2,400 for 8 hours. Ceremony audio uses the mic on the package: wired on Standard, wireless from Premium up. MC hosting starts on Premium and stays on Custom and Mega.

Atmospheric lighting on a wedding is part of Custom and Mega. It is not the same line as the corporate Enhanced lighting / uplighting add-on, which is $200. If the Lake date is a mixer or a brand night, start from the corporate packages and add that $200 line only when the tier does not already include the lighting you need. Fog on a wedding is $100. An audio guest book is $200. A photo booth is $500 when Custom or Mega has not already included it.

Photography is $1,100 for 4 hours or $1,800 for 8 hours. The 8-hour photography package includes an engagement session, and photography includes an online gallery. Videography is $1,200 for 4 hours or $2,000 for 8 hours and includes an edited recap. The 8-hour photo and video combo is $3,500 and saves $300 versus booking those two separately.
