Wedding uplighting in Jefferson City

Woodnbird Entertainment LLC, owned by Lee McKinney, publishes lighting inside the wedding tiers instead of a single uplighting menu. Standard is 4 hours and includes standard DJ lighting, along with a DJ, pro sound, and a wired mic. Non-peak is $900 and peak (September–December) is $1,100. Premium is 6 hours and includes enhanced lighting, enhanced sound, a wireless mic, MC, and playlists. Non-peak is $1,800 and peak is $2,100.

Custom is 8 hours and includes enhanced plus atmospheric lighting, a wireless mic, MC, playlists, and a photo booth with prints. Non-peak is $3,000 and peak is $3,300. Mega includes everything in Custom plus an 8-hour LED video wall, at $5,400 non-peak or $5,700 peak. On a wedding, that atmospheric lighting is the uplighting wash. It is already inside Custom and Mega, so it is not billed again as a $200 add-on.

Corporate events have a separate line: Enhanced lighting / uplighting at $200. Add it when the corporate tier you picked does not already include the lighting you want. Corporate Standard is 3 hours at $1,000 non-peak or $1,300 peak and lists a DJ, pro sound, a wireless mic, and background music — not the uplighting add-on. Corporate Premium is 5 hours at $2,000 non-peak or $2,300 peak and includes branding lighting. Corporate Full-day is 8 or more hours at $3,200 non-peak or $3,500 peak and includes branding plus atmospheric lighting.

If Full-day already includes atmospheric lighting, do not stack the $200 line on top unless you have asked for something beyond that tier. Private Custom is 7 hours at $1,500 non-peak or $1,800 peak and includes atmospheric lighting of its own. Private Standard is 3 hours at $600 non-peak or $800 peak with standard lighting. The private list does not publish a separate $200 uplighting add-on.

Included travel is 40 miles round-trip from the Jefferson City base. Lake of the Ozarks, Kansas City, and St. Louis dates are farther, so travel is quoted for that room. A 50% deposit locks the date for sound, DJ, and lighting. An extra hour on the DJ package is $175. The LED video wall, which is a screen rather than uplighting, is $1,250 for 4 hours or $2,400 for 8 hours, and Mega already includes 8 hours of it.
