A Columbia wedding does not get a second price sheet. Standard through Mega, corporate tiers, and private-party tiers are the numbers on the package pages. Peak is September through December. Non-peak is January through August. The quote reads the month off the date you send. A 50% deposit locks sound, DJ, and lighting, and the same 50% locks photo or video.

Included travel is 40 miles round-trip. Anything farther is quoted for that date, including a Columbia room that sits outside the included distance. Put the venue city on the quote so travel is priced for the drive that day, not guessed from the city name alone.

Wedding Standard covers 4 hours with a DJ, pro sound, a wired mic, and standard DJ lighting: $900 non-peak or $1,100 peak. Premium covers 6 hours with enhanced sound, a wireless mic, enhanced lighting, MC, and playlists: $1,800 non-peak or $2,100 peak. Custom covers 8 hours and adds enhanced plus atmospheric lighting, MC, playlists, and a photo booth with prints: $3,000 non-peak or $3,300 peak. Mega is that Custom rig plus an 8-hour LED video wall: $5,400 non-peak or $5,700 peak.

If speeches and a short ceremony share the reception room, the wired or wireless mic on the package is the ceremony audio. MC work begins at Premium. An extra hour beyond the booked block is $175. Families who want stills and a film can add photography at $1,100 for 4 hours or $1,800 for 8 hours, and videography at $1,200 for 4 hours or $2,000 for 8 hours. The 8-hour combo is $3,500, which is $300 under booking them apart, and the 8-hour photo package includes an engagement session.

Corporate Standard is 3 hours at $1,000 non-peak or $1,300 peak and includes a DJ, pro sound, a wireless mic, and background music. Premium is 5 hours at $2,000 non-peak or $2,300 peak with branding lighting and an interactive MC. Full-day is 8 or more hours at $3,200 non-peak or $3,500 peak with branding plus atmospheric lighting. The Enhanced lighting / uplighting add-on is $200 when you need it on top of a tier that does not already include that lighting.

Private Standard starts at $600 non-peak or $800 peak for 3 hours.
